Who we are.
Newstar Design is based in Paignton, Devon in the UK.
The company is managed and owned by Jon Carter who has been working in the computer industry for over 12 years. Jon worked as a programmer in the fibre-optic communication industry for several years, creating bespoke applications for the management and process control of network component production. He also has a solid grounding in the development of multimedia content for CD-ROM and web delivery and has for many years worked in the field of audio production. He has also worked for the extremely prestigious web company 'Createanet', where he was part of a PHP development team working on a number of high profile websites and web applications.
We partner with a network of talented developers and designers to cover all aspects of web design and development. We believe in attention to detail, careful planning, open communication and above all a personal and friendly service. We share a passion for the web and our range of skills and experience means that we can provide a high quality service throughout the entire life cycle of your project, and beyond. Most of our new business comes from personal recommendation.
